After a wonderful run, we have made the decision to bring our Communicator of the Month feature to a close.

This feature was created to shine a spotlight on the remarkable individuals, clubs, and institutions making a meaningful difference in the world of sport and thanks to the passion and insight of our many talented guest contributors it did exactly that.

While this chapter is now closed, we remain as committed as ever to celebrating the stories that make sport so powerful.

The Hope and Dreams Sports Festival – for empowering refugees and displaced people through sport, and uniting global sports organisations to deliver impactful humanitarian initiatives

Gareth Southgate – for using sport’s visibility to address deeper social issues with empathy, authenticity and influence
